Our order cutoff time is 5 PM Central Standard Time (CST). This means that any orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Processing

The processing time for your order begins from the date you place your order. We usually take 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday) to process your order. Once we’ve processed it, we can then ship it out to you.

Transit Time

Once your order has been handled, our standard transit time is 2-5 business days (Monday-Friday).

Handling of Damaged or Lost Goods During Transit

If the item hasn’t been dispatched, we are able to cancel the order and process a full refund for you. By simply inputting your tracking number on this site, you can monitor the progress of your package from our warehouse to your doorstep. Furthermore, please be informed that Jersey Revival is not liable for any customs duties or taxes that may be levied on your order. All fees that may be imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you check your local customs policies to avoid any unexpected charges.
