Timeframe for Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you. You send us a chat request within 14 days of your order’s delivery date.

YOU CAN ONLY SEND A REQUEST AFTER YOUR DELIVERY, YOU CANNOT SEND A REQUEST RIGHT AFTER PLACING AN ORDER.

PLEASE BE PATIENT YOUR TRACKING CAN TAKE A FEW BUSINESS DAYS TO UPDATE AFTER YOU RECEIVE IT. IT IS COMPLETELY NORMAL!

How to Request a Refund

Faulty Items

We apologize for the inconvenience if you have received a faulty item. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with details and photographs of the product defect. Upon verification, we will provide a full refund or exchange.

Damaged Items

In the unfortunate event you receive a damaged product, please report the damage within 14 days from the date of delivery. We will happily replace the item or offer a full refund so contact us immediately

Wrong Product Delivered

If we’ve made a mistake and you’ve received the wrong item, we sincerely apologize. Please let us know within 14 days and we will arrange for the correct item to be delivered to you as soon as possible. The incorrect product will be collected and a full refund or exchange will be issued if necessary.

Never Arrived

We understand the frustration when a package doesn’t arrive. If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and if we confirm that the item was lost in transit, we will issue a full refund or resend the product.

Cancellation After Ordering

We can cancel your order and provide a full refund , provided the item has not been shipped. If the item has been shipped, you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
